Sometimes we "wobble." Maybe feelings that are too strong, or maybe too many pressures. Maybe an old memory we'd rather not have. All of these? We need grounding.
We all seek balance, and when we find ourselves "ungrounded" we need to adjust. Reconnecting with ourselves is up to us, to know what we can do that is easy, quick and effectively.
